Brand New in Summer 2009, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Minden, NV is Carson Valley's newest and most modern Hotel located at the intersection of US 395 & Hwy 88. Our hotel offers 81 guest rooms (all non-smoking), including 20 suites also featuring a spectacular honeymoon suite with unrivaled Sierra Nevada mountain views. Rooms are luxurious and elegantly appointed with rich wood furniture, 32" LCD TVs, lounge chair, work desk and ergonomic chair and the latest amenities. Suites also include a microwave and refrigerator, pull out sofa bed and wet bar. Hotel is equipped with complimentary wireless and wired Internet throughout the hotel. We also offer indoor pool and whirlpool, fitness room, business center and meeting room that can accommodate up to 47 people. Hotel is a short drive from Casinos, Kirkwood Ski Resort, Heavenly Ski Area, Incline Village and Nevada's Capital Carson City. The beautiful Carson Valley area is famous for its outdoor recreation with Lake Tahoe, ski resorts and other outdoor recreation opportunities. It is also home of the first Nevada settlement, neighbor to Carson City, 45 miles from Reno, 30 miles from the Comstock and Virginia City as well as just 16 miles from Lake Tahoe.
